Images

Ok! No problem! I'm working hard to improve knowledge about the console version of The Sims 2!

P.S.: I didn't upload a new version of the old image (now deleted) because the file formats were different (new one is .png and the older .jpg). PNG is much better than JPG has it allows transparency and makes the image cleaner! --- Rodrigo X 14:11, July 31, 2010 (UTC)

RE: Advanced level of Portuguese?

Well i´think that my portuguese is good i have studed for 3 years, you said me "Because your Portuguese doesn't sound that fluent!" for me this is a bit inapropiate to said for someone who knows a language. Maybe i confused the 3 with the 2 in the userboxes. Today in the shopping there was two brasilian people and they had some little problems with the shop assistant and i translated some words, some people say "ah el portugués hay que aprenderlo sólo para escribirlo" and other say "o espanhol só tem que ser aprendido para escrever-lo" Também existem Diferenças. --Nacho 19:07, July 31, 2010 (UTC)

Esta discussão não dá prá muito (é decir que não tem muita relevança, pelear-se por estas coisas), eu não sabía que um nivel de três em português é um 95% aproximadamente, eu tenhia pensado que era prá um 70% aproximado.

Como podes ver é o nível mais avançado, logo tem que se ter um conhecimento vasto sobre a língua. Ao ver o teu português, reconheço que é bom e mais de nível 2 ou melhor: 2,9. :)

P.S.: Acho que me estás a entender mal. Deves estar a pensar que quero meter-me contigo e que quero ser mau, mas não é assim! Estou dizendo isto tudo de uma maneira amigável!Ah! E vi que escreves-te "pelear" na tua mensagem, que não é português e quer dizer "lutar". Snake Charming Basket

I appreciate your spellchecking of the Snake Charming Basket article. Maybe I was a bit hasty in undoing that edit to it, as I was more than usually frustrated by the poor spelling and usage. RE: Vandalism

Hi there "Rod" :p. Good work on marking the sexy man article for deletion. However it is not vandalism, the user simply was not aware that player stories are not allowed in the main namespace. As you will see on his talk page, Dharden did not even issue a warning since it probably wasn't an intentional disregard of our policies. 'Fanon' content are actually a Candidate for speedy deletion and does not really require any discussion. Keep up the good work! Duskey(talk) 03:27, August 17, 2010 (UTC)

Have you got idea what type of Portuguese (Brasilian or Portugal) plays the people who live in Angola, Cabo Verde, Guiné-Bissau, Guiné Equatorial, Macau ( República Popular da China), Moçambique, São Tomé e Príncipe, Timor-Leste; because the African portuguese isn´t in The Sims Games. --- Nacho 17:58, September 19, 2010 (UTC)

I didn't mean to release it to the public yet, but yes, you can do me a favor and request interwikis. :) Oh, and those African zones (at least most of them) use European Portuguese (from Portugal). Just like Brazil, they were once Portuguese colonies; they just didn't change the original European Portuguese language like Brazilian people did. Oh, and could you contribute there? I know you are more familiar with Brazilian Portuguese, but you can use it and then I translate it to European. --- Rodrigo X 18:27, September 19, 2010 (UTC)

It´s done here I linked the Romance Languages wikis and the English and Norweigan Wikis.

I asked you for the African Portuguese because this year in my High school we have 8 students from Angola they are sons from the (¿Embajador?/Embaxador?; the people who represents his country in other country xD) and they speak Portuguese (when they talks with other member of their family) and Spanish for the people.

The Spanish Wiki had the same problems with dialectal es-ES and es-MX (this last one mean es-LA for Latin America) and we to vote for the dialect now we use es-ES but this only appears with The Sims 3 not like Portuguese in all Sims games. --- Nacho 19:32, September 19, 2010 (UTC)
