fanon[edit source]

Hi, I move your page to fanon area. Fanon:Victor Oinsklopes Wiryawan310 15:35, March 3, 2012 (UTC)

We should inform you that user-created Sims must be written under Fanon: namespace. Therefore, you shouldn't recreate Victor Oinsklopes page. Instead, you can freely edit and tell your stories in the link above. Thank you for your participation! Nikel Talk 15:42, March 3, 2012 (UTC)
Please do not recreate the page because it will be deleted. click the Fanon:Victor Oinsklopes link to find your fanon, and about the clean up template, it will be removed if you improving your fanon. happy simming! :) Wiryawan310 15:44, March 3, 2012 (UTC)
That's okay. It's not a warn. It's a friendly greet, really! ^^ Also, if you want to make more fanon pages, please don't forget to add "Fanon:" in front of its page name, so we can distinguish it as a user-created Sim. (: Nikel Talk 15:53, March 3, 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for your images[edit source]

We appreciate the images you've contributed to the wiki, however it seems you forgot to add some things to them. The images in question are:

Licensing: All images must have their licensing information added. If the image is from The Sims series of games or contains the PlumbBob, it is copyrighted to EA. Add {{Copyright by EA}}.
If you've made the image yourself, you need to decide on the license. The Sims Wiki recommends a Creative Commons license. Unless stated otherwise the image will be assumed to be under the CC-BY-SA license.
See Category:Copyright tags for a list of available copyright options.

Categories: All images must be put in a category. You can browse image categories to find the correct one. In most cases, your image should only be included into one category and only be put in Category:Images if there is no other place to put it.
See Help:Category for more information.

If you have any further questions about this message or this wiki, feel free to contact me on my talk page. Ѧüя◎ґ 17:38, March 3, 2012 (UTC)

RE: Fanon Page[edit source]

Well, there aren't exactly any rules to become a "good fanon". Your fanon just needs to be generally well-written. Things to consider include a proper page layout (using the appropriate infobox, or not scattering images all over the page), adequate content (content not being sparse with only few sentences), and a complete story (share how your Sim's story is unique and interesting, and don't abandon it in the middle of the process of writing).

Things like plainly listing what skills your Sim has or who he's friends and enemies with are not appealing as a storyline. Instead, tell them how your Sim's skills impact his life and story, such as how he got a new girlfriend by serenading her with his Piano skill, making his rival jealous. Just try to make your plot as interesting as possible. Nikel Talk Vote! 14:56, October 18, 2013 (UTC)
