Vandal Randall is a minor character in The Sims 2 for NDS. He will appear alongside Crime Spree Bob when he arrives in Strangetown to cause trouble with his gang. He is one of three sidekicks of Crime Spree Bob, the other two being Larceny Larry and Arson Andy. Each member of the gang appear to have the same face as Bob minus the glasses and hair colour.
