The other two mail carriers are Kent Tang and Drake Tsvirkunov. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Viola has medium-length blonde hair in a ponytail, light blue eyes, and tanned skin. She is a Popularity Sim with the Leo zodiac sign.
