Vyn Scott is a member of the Techs from the Magic secret sub-neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. She appears in every neighborhood, being occasional the neighbor of Sims who live in a middle-high apartment. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her.

Like all pre-made townies, Vyn's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. Like all pre-made elder social class Sims, Vyn is unemployed at the start of the game. However, if certain other expansion packs are installed, the game may randomly assign her a career to match her social class, when she is first spawned in-game.

As far as personality, Vyn is somewhat neat, active, and nice; however, she is quite shy and somewhat serious. Like all pre-made elder social class Sims, Vyn has no pre-set skill points. She is mostly interested in Politics and Paranormal. Vyn has the same facial structure as Danielle Lillard. According to her SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown before it turned grey.
