Waggles is a pre-made female display cat who appears in every neighborhood that is updated with the secret sub-neighborhood Pets, which is shipped with The Sims 2: Pets expansion pack. There is a chance that she appears on a Crazy-Cat Pet Display at a Community lot, from which a new pet can be created and adopted. Waggles herself, however, can not be adopted through normal gameplay. Waggles is an adult Ocicat. She enjoys Weather, Playing, Spooky Things, Sleeping, Toys, Outside, Pets, and Animals.
