Willard is an aspiring screenwriter new to town with an armful of scripts and no one to produce them. A natural mooch who can live frugally, the low income lifestyle is a perfect fit for Willard. Being new to town, he has no friends yet, but he's bound to gain a few enemies if he keeps up his klepto ways...
