2034 Marine Drive is on of the uninhabited lots at the beginning of the game. Size:

It's lot size is 32 by 32.

Cost:

It costs §45,880 to buy with out furniture and §65,225 with furniture.

Description:

This home's unique 500 Gigawatt auto-rotating xenon flash tube light beam will always guide you(and nearby ships) to safe harbour.

Upgrades and Floors:

The lot is in the style of a lighthouse and when bought only one upgrade is available. The lot without the upgrade has 3 floors with one kitchen, a small living room, a bedroom(with a double bed) and a floor above but with four floor tiles missing. After the upgrade another floor is added above making 4 floors but you cannot add any wall coverings to the top floor.

Glitches:

Their is a glitch that happens sometimes when a carpool is meant to arrive it doesn't but yet it still says on the notices that it is meant to be there.

Miscellaneous: Later on in the game a pre-made family might move in to the lot but it is still available for your sims, if you purchase the lot while another family is living there then that family will be killed.
