7 Sim Lane is a lot that appeared in The Sims. It was owned by Bob and Betty Newbie, and is presumed to be the house where Brandi Broke grew up. It only has one floor. It has a kitchen which also serves as a dining room and living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a patio with two chairs. The lot was quite large, even though the house was quite small. One strange thing that the house doesn´t have a stove, but only a microwave. (In The Sims, microwaves and stoves have the same functions, but this changed in The Sims 2. The house's price is around 19,000 simoleons.
