7 Sim Lane is a lot that appeared in The Sims. It was owned by Bob and Betty Newbie, and is presumed to be the house where Brandi Broke grew up. It only has one floor. It has a kitchen which also serves as a dining room and living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a patio with two chairs. The lot was quite large, even though the house was quite small. One strange thing is that the house doesn't have a stove, only a microwave. (In The Sims, microwaves and stoves have the same functions, but this changed in The Sims 2.) The house's price is around 19,000 simoleons. This lot is right next to 6 Sim Lane.
- There is two pictures in the Broke Family album in The Sims 2 that show some parts of the house.
- The entrance is very similar to the one in The Sims. The wall color is different and there is a fence that does not appear in the game.
