This is where a Sim can get a job in the [[Criminal Career (The Sims 3)|Criminal]] career. Sims in the [[Law Enforcement#The Sims 3|Law Enforcement]] career can get a warrant to perform a raid on this rabbit hole. NPC [[Burglars]] will also retreat to the abandoned warehouse after their burglary if they haven't been arrested by the [[police]].
With ''[[Ambitions]]'' installed, there is a unique building disaster for [[firefighter]] Sims. Like all other building disasters, the Sim goes in for a while and the player is unable to control them. It is the "evil plot backfire" disaster and clouds are flying into the building.
