If you wish to make a custom academy... You cannot place the martial arts equipment in the academy, even if you have the equipment. Your household's storage does not apply toward your community lots, and you cannot obtain the equipment in buy mode, not even for community lots. Unless they change this, a custom academy is good for sparring and meditating, but not practice. |
