Ambrosial trees are a type of orchard tree purchased from build mode. Each corresponding ambrosial tree grows one of three respective fruits: oranges, lemons and apples. Unlike other harvestables grown in garden plots, trees come as already fully-grown objects and only require occasional tending and spraying. The trees can be temporarily grown in a greenhouses (If the trees are placed before the greenhouse) during winter, but will still eventually become dormant without mods. However, there is a mod at Mod The Sims that counteracts this behavior under the condition if the orchard is inside the greenhouse. |
