Amin is pre-generated with the lifetime want to become Chief Of Staff. While children with lifetime wants can be a sign of glitches or problems in a neighbourhood, it is normal for some pre-created sim children, such as the default downtownies or playables from Desiderata Valley, to have lifetime wants.
