Antonio appears as a [[toddler]] when his family still lives in [[Monte Vista]]. He lives with his parents and sister. At this time, Claudio hasn't been born yet, as Isabella is still pregnant. He's good friends with all members of his close family, though he hasn't met his grandparents yet, [[Valentine Monty|Valentine]] and [[Silvia Monty|Silvia]]. In this town, the Montys haven't met the Capps yet, thus there hasn't been a family feud at the time. Antonio is one of the only toddlers in Monte Vista from ''The Sims 2'' base game; the other one is [[Goopy GilsCarbo]].

Antonio and all other living members of the Monty family live in [[Veronaville]]. He's married to Hero and has twin children, Beatrice and Benedick. Antonio is a widower, as Hero is already deceased. He works as an Executive Chef in the [[Culinary]] [[career]]. All the members of Monty family work in Culinary career track, which means they appear to be a long-line family of cooks. When Veronaville is first played, he and his children appears in the [[Family Bin]], waiting for the players to move them in. He is 18 days away from becoming an [[elder]].

Antonio's memories reveal that he had a good childhood, learning all three of the basic [[toddler skills]] from his parents. He began working in the Culinary career track since teenage and met his wife, Hero, early in his [[adult]] life; she was his first and only romance. Oddly, despite remembering marrying[[marry]]ing Hero and having the twins, he doesn't have the memory of having WooHooed[[WooHoo]]ed with Heroher. The Montys and Capps have begun feuding in Veronaville. Antonio is enemies towith [[Regan Capp|Regan]], [[Consort Capp|Consort]], [[Goneril Capp|Goneril]], [[Kent Capp|Kent]] and [[Tybalt Capp]]. He is also considered an enemy by [[Albany Capp]]. While most playable Sims in ''The Sims 2'' had their first kiss as a [[teenager]], Antonio had his first kiss as an adult.
