In May 2022, Bella and her family were given an official makeover with new outfits, facial features, and skin tones shortly after the release of patch 129 of the base game. Notable changes to Bella include different hair, eyebrows, and makeup, a different nose preset, a darker and less saturated skin tone, a breast reduction, and a dress without her signature sweetheart neckline for her everyday outfit.
