Although the Big Boss scenario was removed from the final version of the game, the game will still generate Sims of this NPC type to respond to phone calls whenever a Sim calls in sick. These Sims may occasionally show up on [[community lot]]s, but they can be difficult to distinguish from [[townie]]s, since they don't have a fixed uniform. If these Sims show up on community lots, they can be safely interacted with, and made playable just like any standard townie or NPC.
