Billboards are objects found in neighborhoods. Their only use is as decoration. Billboards can not be placed on lots.

The Sims

In Riverview, there is one billboard with the picture of a car on it, wich appears to be on a residential lot, but it isnt. Bridgeport is famous for its many billboards. Billboards can only be placed in CAW. In Bridgeport, there are also many billboards found on buildings.
