Hatfield|Ulysses T.]] and [[Ruby Ann Hatfield]], and the brother of [[Hank Hatfield|Hank]] and [[Elizabeth Elvira Hatfield|Elizabeth Elvira]]. He and his brother seemsseem to enjoy teasing their sister. Billy appears to be the meanest member of the family and is very sloppy but very outgoing. His father says he was like him when he was a kid.
