The family consists of [[Vera Blackburn]] and her two dogs [[Walter Blackburn]] and [[Ginger Blackburn]]. Vera is the town's canine lover and thinks there is no such thing as a bad dog but a bad owner. She is dealing with trying to train her newest pup Ginger as she was found on her doorstep one day.
