The Blacksmith is a hero character in The Sims Medieval. The Blacksmith's daily job is to forge weapons and armour. In the event of producing poor quality weapons the Blacksmith can be put in the stocks. He gets the ore for his forging from ore mines in the kingdom.

Progression
- Initially, the hero's title is Journeyman Smith.
- At level 5 it becomes simply Blacksmith.
- A level 10 Blacksmith gains a title of Forgemaster.
