Like all townies in ''The Sims 2'', Blair's [[relationship|relationships]] with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. He has the same facial structure as [[Johnson Pai]]. Blair is the only pre-adult townie in Strangetown to have pre-set interests and a pre-set school grade.
Unlike most townies, Blair always has the same set of [[skill]] points. His skills imply that he is meant to be a Team Mascot in the [[Athletic]] career. Though the game considers him to be employed, his career is not recognized and his work hours state that he works 24 hours a day.
Oddly, Blair has a memory of [[Danielle Greaves]]' death, even though they have no relation to one another. This oddity happens with the townie [[Holly Andersen]] as well with [[Knut Futa]].
