In ''[[The Sims 2]]'', Sims can have three body shapes - fit, normal and fat. They cannot be fit at [[Create a Sim#The Sims 2|creation]], though their [[Fitness (attribute)|fitness]] level and body shape flags can be manipulated with [[SimPE]]. It is affected by eating or working out.
It is not unusual for pre-made Sims to have preset fitness levels that do not match their preset body shape flags.
