It is possible he is related to the other ghosts in the Goth cemetery. Uncle and Auntie may be his parents, and Bratty may be his sister.
It could be possible that Boy, along with [[Bratty]] could be the imaginary friends of [[Cassandra Goth]]. Which could also explain why Bratty and Boy look exactly the same as Cassandra. Except Boy looks like a male version of Cassandra and Bratty.
