Cars of various kinds, including service NPC vehicles and taxis, can be seen driving randomly around the roads while in the neighborhood view; however, these cars are purely cosmetic, and do not appear when a lot is loaded. Purchased cars that are parked outdoors can be seen from the neighborhood view.
