I've put some things on my sandbox about a town I am going to make with CAW. It is just notes about each person and hosuehold. I have found my note page on Nighat Caliente (And they'll probably be more) up for deletion saying there is a better article about Nighat Caliente. If anyone wants to find out where they reside, it is at 98 Landgraab Ave (across the street from Jamie Jolina's house).

* This might not be fanon, but it's definitely not a premade family that starts out in SV. 98 Landgraab Ave (Pondcentric) starts out completely empty in every game. These guys are possibly townies.
