Line 41: Melissa and Chris do not appear in ''The Sims 2'', and what happened to them is not mentioned. Two Sims that looked like Melissa and Chris did in fact appear in the ''[[H&M Fashion Stuff]]'' preview wearing the clothes they wore in ''[[The Sims (console)]]'' version{{fact}}, but it is not confirmed that they are really Chris and Melissa. If they are, that was the last time they were shown to the public. Chris's surname is given as Jones ~~in the console version~~. This is a very common surname, and it is unlikely that she is related to any other Joneses, especially given that she apparently has no background in common with them.
