'''Cini Rotarra''' is the wife of [[Arkady Rotarra]], the mother of [[Melora Peterson]], and the grandmother of [[Jessica Peterson]]. Not much is known about her since she is deceased before the start of ''[[The Sims 2]]''. She appears to have died an untimely death. Her grave can not be found anywhere, but it is possible to ressurectresurrect her. Like most Belladonna Cove sims she has some CAS memories.
