The family include two parents, [[Jason Cleveland]] and [[Marissa Cleveland]], and their teen son [[Justin Cleveland]] who seems to have a relationship with [[Tara DeBateau]], who is his tutor when it comes to homework help. The family have §42,768 in funds. The family bio in the game calls Marissa "Martha", which was probably a mistake made by the developers. [[Toby Siew]] will always be their apartment neighbor, the other 3 residents in the apartment are randomized.
