The cloning machine can also be upgraded to clone Sims. The clone will have the same physical appearance, clothing, traits and skills as the original Sim, but will not have their career or relationships. The newly cloned Sim will have the same last name as the Sim that they were cloned from, and a randomized first name. Sims that are clones of each other will have a special "Clone" relationship and will be able to perform special interactions, such as "Greet clone self" and "Play mirror game." A cloned Sims genealogy will place them as a sibling of the Sim that they were cloned of, and they will be otherwise indistinguishable from an actual sibling of the Sim. A cloned Sim will be given the same starting relationships with family members that any other family member would have (already having a developed relationship with siblings, parents and the like) interestingly enough, they will not have any starting relationship with the Sim that they were cloned of, despite being listed as their sibling.
