'''Comfort in the Sims 1''' |
|||
Comfort is a more minor [[Motives|motive]], but you should still care about it. If it drops into red, [[Sims]] will complain about it until it's taken care of. To raise the need, have a sim relax on a bed, sit in a chair or couch, or use other objects that raise comfort, like tubs or the most expensive toilet. |

If a Sim has been standing up for too long, his or her Comfort metre will drop. Though it is not as important as the Hunger metre, Sims who become uncomfortable will become grumpy and irritable. Sitting down and relaxing is a quick and easy way of replenishing the Comfort metre, as if going to bed. Taking baths and hot tubbing will also improve your Comfort. Even if you're reading, watching television or playing the piano, your comfort level will rise as long as you are sitting down. Of course, different chairs, beds and baths will increase the Comfort level in different times; for example, the Werkbunnst All Purpose Chair isn’t about to raise Comfort levels any time soon. |

Comfort in the Sims 1
