Arcadia has the same facial structure as [[Andrea Hogan]]. Arcadia's SimDNA in [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]] confirms that she had medium skin and green eyes before she became a vampire.

Her name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Count Arcadia Andrews" is only referenced in the game files. Even though she has black hair, she has brown eyebrows which indicates that she dyed her hair black. Her SimDNA in SimPE confirms that her natural hair color is brown.
