He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by [[marry]]ing him. Armando has the same facial structure as [[Benjamin Long]].

His name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Count Armando Roennigke" is only referenced in the game files. Armando's SimDNA in [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]] confirms that he had light skin and light blue eyes before he became a vampire.
