Because the lot is small, there is not a lot of room for additions to the house with the exception of the front corner- players usually build up rather than out. However, it is a great spot for a couple or a small family of Sims. The player may also build a second floor if they so desire. This lot is next to the Pancakes family and is surrounded by a river on two sides.
