The '''Create-A-World''' tool will give the player the ability to create and share unique new worlds for ''[[The Sims 3]]''. It will allow players to create custom [[neighborhood]]s, just like you could in ''[[The Sims 2]]'', except it is more in-depth. It will be available for download from [[TheSims3.com]] in December 2009. It is similar to the creation tools in ''SimCity 4''.
A new tab for "Worlds" is now up in the Sims 3 website in preparation for the much-anticipated Create-A-World tool rumored to be released on the 10th of December.
