The '''Create Aa World''' tool gives the player the ability to create and share unique new worlds for ''[[The Sims 3]]''. It allows players to create custom [[neighborhood]]s, just like in ''[[The Sims 2]]'', except it is more in-depth. It was released on December 16, 2009 and is available to download for free from [[TheSims3.com]] if you have an account there.
