It has two branches; which are Thief and Evil. Evil branch requires the Sims to build good relationship with their boss, while Thief branch requires Sims to build relationship with their accomplices, and they can sneak their neighbors and rob their house.
 
Occasionally, Sims will go home and bring back a "borrowed" item from work.
