She uses the 2nd Maxis face template in [[Create a Sim]] except for the slightly customized facial features. When Cynthia grows into an elder, her face shape will not change, which is unusual given that most other Sims that use the 2nd face template will have slightly different facial features when they become elders (e.g. larger noses, more prominent under-necks, smaller mouths etc.). This is what the broken face templates (minus the customized facial features) will look like on Sims once they became elders.
