When Misty and Dacian run away to be together in the forest, her mother [[Captain Clarisa Darktide]], who is a pirate, decides to declare war on the nobles. After Dacian becomes a prisoner of the pirates, Misty gives him food and when she tries to kiss him, her mother finally sees the truth and the king can save him.
