Dancing with a partner builds skill in dancing. Although the player can't see what level the Sim is at, they may be able to tell by the moves the Sim does. For example, first time Slow Dancers will step on each other's toes periodically, but after a few in-game hours of practice the slow dancers will almost never do so in the future.
