He doesn't have any friends of his age, because he is the only playable [[child]] Sim in Desiderata Valley. However, he has many friends that are older than him. He is friends with all members of the [[Aspir family]]. Oddly, the only Sim he's met according to his [[memories]] is [[Pauline Aspir]], while there are no memories of meeting the other members of the Aspirs.
Daniel goes to public school, despite he and his parents' [[memories]] showing that Daniel was accepted in [[SimCity Academy|private school]]. His grade decreased slightly from A+ to A. Daniel likes drawing and has level 2 [[enthusiasm]] in [[Arts and Crafts]], with one [[skill]] point in creativity; however, his predestined hobby is [[Cuisine]]. Daniel seems to have been interested in drawing since being a [[toddler]] due to his usage of the activity table.

While Daniel's mother is homozygous for black hair, Daniel himself is homozygous for brown hair.
