When Midnight Masquerade starts, she is owned by Celeste Girard, but Stephen Loyal offers to take care of Diva after missing Celeste's wedding. Erin Davis drops Diva off at Stephen's house, claiming that Buster kept trying to use her as a pillow. Near the end of the story, Diva comes to Amber Hall and Gordon Fetching and Anthony Zilch get arrested. Celeste then sends an email explaining that she and Damien are on their honeymoon and Stephen can keep Diva.
