Doctor Dominic Newlow is a Sim in The Sims 2 (PSP). He is the main antagonist and has figured out that the Sims world is controlled by an outside force, the plumbob. You will first come in contact with Doctor Newlow on a cellphone you will find on the ground by Oscar's disguarded shop. Later, he will reveal he is really an evil supergenius called Doctor Dominion. Apparently, long before the start of the game, the plumbob appeared over his head, and it forced him to do things he did not want to do. He became depressed by the stress and aggravtion of it all. He described that time in his life as a work-buy treadmill. Doctor Newlow then invented a helmet to control the green diamond and manipulte other people. He then goes on to tell the player how he or she is the main one being controlled. While everyone is stuck to the same routines, the player seems to be the only one acting on his or her own violation. His mssion is to take control over the player. At the Monument if the player wins, Doctor Doiminion will disappear never to be seen again in the game.

Doctor Newlow's secrets from The Sims 2 (PSP):

# (Personal): Forgot to patent his laser-veggie dicer doomsday device and lost millions.
# (Intimate): Secretly loves to be humiliated so he has an excuse for evil vendettas.
# (Dark): Prefers sixties- and seventies- era spy movies to the modern stuff.
