A dollhouse is a fun object found in The Sims, The Sims 2 and The Sims 4. They are objects that one or more Sims can play with. It is essentially the same in all games; the primary difference being that adults can use it in The Sims, while in The Sims 2 and The Sims 4, teens and older can use it only by joining an existing child or toddler who is playing with it. In The Sims 2 and The Sims 4, two toddlers, or a child and a toddler, can play with it together.
In The Sims 2 and The Sims 4, Sims can also smash the dollhouse and break it. In The Sims 2 toddlers will cry softly if they see a dollhouse being smashed, and in The Sims 4 children will get a sad moodlet.
The name of the dollhouse in The Sims and The Sims 2 is a combination of Will Wright and Frank Lloyd Wright and is a play on the original name of The Sims, which was "Dollhouse".
