Newlow has developed his own cult, the Kine Society, which he uses, under the name of El Toro, to summon the ancient demon cow [[Prime Heifer|Beelzebeef]]. He is then faced in [[The Monument]] after teleporting from his lab in [[Division 47]]'s "Secret Sublevel". At the end of the game, he eventually gets overrun by the player's refusal of brain-manipulation. Newlow then disappears and the main storyline ends.
