When the game starts, she already has three - David, Sharla and Tommy - and she will not die of old age before Samantha's twins are born, bringing her close to achieving her LTW. Unfortunately, the birth of the twins brings the household up to its maximum capacity of eight Sims, and without the use of cheats or the [[Elixir of Life]] Dora will usually die of old age before David is old enough to move out and free up space in the household for a sixth child.
