When he appears, he will greet almost any NPC, including ghosts. As an NPC, there are no social interactions available for him. Instead he will autonomously 'Greet' all the Sims on the lot, including the Sims who live there. All Sims on the lot, including [[pet]]s and [[Servo]]s, will continue to think about him for the duration of the party.
