A driveway is an object in The Sims 2: Nightlife and The Sims 3. A downloadable version which does not require Nightlife is available for The Sims 2 players who do not have that expansion.

In The Sims 2, a car must be placed on a driveway or driveway extension. The driveway is very large (taking all tiles that a Sim needs to enter the car) and must be connected to the street. In The Sims 3 the driveway is small and can be placed anywhere in the lot.
