The motto is "''What's that Smell?''". This lot is featured in The Sims Bustin' Out. It is a double-bedroom trailer with a bathroom. The trailer has a lot of recreational objects including: a games console, a hot tub and an air hockey table. The trailer is full of trash when you first arrive there and Dudley expects you to clean it up. When Malcolm arrives, he steals the games console and the air hockey table. The [[Goth family\|Goth's]] favorite fern was stolen by Dudley and is located at the back of this lot near the fence.
