This lot is featured in [[The Sims Bustin' Out]]. The lot is a double bedroom trailer with 1 bathroom. The trailer has a lot of objects that a normal trailer wouldn't have such as the game console, hot tub and air hockey table. The trailer is full of trash when you get there and he expects you to clean it up. When Malcolm arrives he steals the game console and air hockey table. The Goths favourite fern is stolen by Dudley and is found behind the trailer.
